If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different product, Urban Nest will provide appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, arrange or cover the return shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, applicable return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

4. Non-Returnable Products
